What the heck is FACTORY_IMAGE (D and do i need this?

The GB is memory is about pinned...

That's what you use to restore your system to factory defaults. Ignore the warning about drive space. The partition is supposed to be almost full. You don't want to save anything to it.

If you don't have your recovery DVDs ... It's also used to make your own.
A recovery partition will be useless if the HDD crashes.

Make n Model of your computer in your profile would be helpful.
