Question Windows Vista
I use wireless internet access while on the road. When I am logged on to a site and I use my Bluetooth cell phone headset or anyone using a bluetooth device gets within 50 feet of my laptop I lose all wireless connections. The only way to get it back is a complete reboot of my laptop. Can I filter this out?

Hello & welcome to TG Forum.

Which Vista? Which service pack? 32 or 64 bit?

Does this happen only away from your base? OR, when at your base, does this issue occur?

Do you connect using a 3G / 4G provider such as Verizon, or do you connect using a city wide wi fi system?

Which blue tooth device do you use?

Has the system ever worked to your satisfaction? If so, when did it change? What changed?

Bluetooth should not be interfering with Wi-Fi. I've used a bluetooth mouse for years while using a wireless connection.

Is your wireless adapter integrated or external?

Is your bluetooth integrated or an external add-on?
