Have you tried using the original Vista disk, as there may have been some problems when it was burnt?

Just try installing from that, and see how it goes. I'll have a good look at this when I get home, in about 5 hours

Hi I'am not a expert on minidumps but it showed the code for this
0x0000001A: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
This memory management error is usually hardware related. See the General Troubleshooting of STOP Messages checklist above. If this occurs while installing Windows, also check the Windows system requirements including the amount of RAM and disk space required to load the operating system. If none of the above resolves the problem, see the MSDN article linked above for further steps.

COOL!

I maintain my suggestion to install drivers in the order previously noted.

sfmccarthyjr:
Thanks for the update.

Congratulations on achieving non BSOD status.

No, not really.

1. Not all error messages are specific.

2. No test is 100% sensitive [ detects every problem ].
Hopefully your ram is in good condition.

sfm :
joeten read the mini dump. Per joeten, the problem is with your computer's ram.

Run the Vista Mem Diag and MemTest86 , www.memtest86.com .

Replacement ram: www.crucial.com
You will need to know your motherboard information.
