Hi Lisa6447,

Thanks again for helping me solve my computer sound problem. Yes you were a good team and I want to thank you all.
I went to Toshiba.ca and under my device manager entered all info re my computer and downloaded the right device. I also had some help from the people I had purchased the computer from.
I am very grateful to you all!
