Solved: Infinite Vista Recovery Loop
This is my first post here so please excuse me if I omit anything necessary.
I am running an Acer 6920G with Windows Vista Premium and every time I start it up I get the screen that says "Windows failed to start. A recent software or hardware change might be the cause." and then the two options to either run recovery or start Windows normally.

When I run recovery it gets to a bluey green screen similar to the Vista accounts screen but in a lower resolution than I have the computer normally. Then the computer restarts and goes back to the Windows failure screen. Upon choosing Start Windows normally the computer goes through the same process to the bluey green screen and restarts again.

I've disabled the automatic restart option but it continues anyway. The annoying bit is that when I try to go into Safe Mode it takes me to the screen where the files usually load but before any of them do I get the Vista loading bar and back to the bluey screen.

I have not installed any different software or hardware for a long while apart from some Vista automatic updates which were configuring when I went to sleep last night.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Fear not for it has all been fixed. I downloaded the Vista Recovery Disc from Neosmart and that fixed it all. It was a registry error. I appreciate the assistance.
