Need to full restore to factory setting....
A few weeks ago my computer died from a windows update it automatically did, i managed to get back onto the computer by booting my OS disk to save my files and now i need to completly restore my computer back to factory settings.
I Don't want to restore it back to a certain point, or repair my system as i log on, which is all i seem to be able to find in other posts, i just want to completly restore it back to day 1.
F11 doesnt work when i turn my computer on (yes im doing it right and ive tried it LOTS of times), F8 brings up a screeen i dont want, booting from teh OS disk just boots the pc normally and alt F10 doesnt seem to be bringing the page that i need up, just an editing page.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as i really need my computer, deadlines and all.

Hi you say you have a os disc then change the boot order in the bios and set the cd\dvd as the first boot device you should be able to reinstall the os, but first get all the drivers you need downloaded and burn to a disc, alternately go by trial and error and try some key combo's try ctrl and F keys if your sure you have a recovery partition,or do as lisa6447 advised and get the builders to tell you the key combo, you are limiting the help that can be offered by not responding to the replies and suggestions please give as much info as you can
