Hi techloss, and welcome to TSG.

For your MP3 problem ...

Were you ever able to open mp3 file on the site?

Can you give please give us the URL of the site?

Exactly what happens when you try to open an MP3 file on the site?

Can you open MP3 files on other web sites?

If you have MP3 files saved on your computer, what happens when you try to open one of them?

Exactly what web browser are you using?

For your USB problem ...

From the desk top or the Start menu, click on "Computer" and select "Manage". This will open a computer management screen.

Select "Device Manager" in the left pane.

There should then be a "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" entry showing in the right pane.

If the "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" entry is not yet expanded, click the plus sign next to it to expand it.

Let us know if there are any yellow or red warning symbols for any entries under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers".
