There are times when vista slows to a standstill
Every function takes as long as two minutes to process.
Right-clicks, link clicks, tab changes, folder clicks,

Just Follow what i am going to say,

First you SCAN your System Deeply,Remove all kind of Malwayers & Virus's

1. Uninstall the Bloatware From Your Computer

Turn Aero Glass Transparency Off

3.
Adjust Visual Effects for Best Performance

4. Enable Advanced Performance for the Hard Drive

5. Disable the Search Index

6. Disable or Remove Unused Startup Programs

7. Disable Unused Vista Services

8. Turn Off Extra Unused Windows Features

9. Turn Off Automatic Disk Defragmentation

10. Defragment the Hard Drive on a Regular Schedule

11. Defragment the Registry

12. Turn Off the Hibernation Sleep Mode

13. Turn Off System Restore

14. Turn Off Windows Sidebar

15. Speed Up the Menu Pop Out Delay Time

16. Use Disk Cleanup

17. Speed Up the Boot Time

18. Clear the Vista Temporary Files

19. Turn Windows Explorer Thumbnails Off
