now when I click on the C drive

it shows 2 program files
Program Files

I haven't messed with anything this is how I have recieved the computer, possibly should have just bought alienware now that I am having this trouble. anyways I think there are 2 OS on my computer but I just dont know

Hi and welcome to TSGF if it were me and it's not I would one increase the ram to 2Gig or more back up any data I need saved get the install or recovery disc and take it back to square one just make sure you get all the drivers you need and burn to a disc just to be on the safe side
you don't really have enough ram to run that version of vista it would not run a 32 bit version all that well either, here is a little info on vista http://www.windowsreference.com/wind...ment-in-vista/ disk management that will help you check what is going on with your harddrive ie see if you have it split with another os do not make any changes just use it to view things and comeback if you need any help remember the ram must be the same type

So, I read over that, opened up my computer management and there is nothing thereall it shows its disk management and more actions on the right hand side, there is nothing like how on the picture it shows the C drive partioned drives or anything like that, I dont have Windows bc i bought this computer off my cousin who now lives 200 miles away. So reformating prolly wouldn't help, unless I bought windows but those are more then likely expensive. Anyways if there is anyway to just delete 1 of the OS's? or the program files or whatever it is.

If you have those two directories then you are most likely running a 64bit version of your OS.

Semperon processors were not made for gaming.

What do you have for a Video Card?
