flush dnscache

ive been tryin to flush my dns cache but wen a go into cmd & type in ipconfig /flushdns i keep gettin the message:- the requested opperation requires elevation can som1 help mee please

thanks this worked a was startin to pull ma hair out over this.
the reason of this post is tat im a member on a forum that have recently changed domain names & wen i kept tryin to acces the site it kept sayin tha it couldnt connect to the server. & the owner of the site told mee to flush the dns but i have done this now i still cant acces the site do you think that it could be something to do with my isp or if not does eanybody have eany ideas on why its happenin & how to solv it.
