Cool Solved: Computer sounds funny
My computer spounds are odd. All the voices sound as though they have had helium, music sounds really tinny. Can anyone help?

Try updating you sound card driver.

Or, under Control Panel, Realtec Audio Manager, or similar (not usually directly under Sounds) there are stting to mimic all types of sounds. Depends on the driver as to what the options are.
