Hey guys, I'm new to the forums, and I have a big problem. I have Lenovo Y510 ideadpad.Yesterday I wanted to install my printer onto my laptop, but when I tried it freezed. So i just pressed the power button, and left to try yesterday. When I try to turn it on today it just goes to a black screen, and I can move the mouse around and everything. Like I can see the mouse, but everything else is black. Does anyone know how to fix this? Please, and thank you!

Welcome to TSG ... try this if you can get into safemode run a system restore first press Ctrl+Alt+Del all together it will restart your computer hit F8 on loading screen go in to safe mode open system restore it takes a little while to load choose a restore point before you tried to install printer click next and just leave it to finish . If you can not do a restart you will have to just turn off your computer then turn back on again then hit F8 good luck Lisa
