you attached a link to the location of the minidump file. please attach (if possible) all the mini dump files in the minidump folder. The extension of the files should be dmp.

I can't do that. When I try and send it to a compressed zip folder it says "File not found or no read permission."

  1. Right-click the file and select Properties.
  2. Click on the Security tab.
  3. Click Advanced in the lower right.
  4. In the Advanced Security Settings window that pops up, click on the Owner tab.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Click Other users or groups.
  7. Click Advanced in the lower left corner.
  8. Click Find Now.
  9. Scroll through the results and double-click on your current user account.
  10. Click OK to all of the remaining windows except the first Properties window.
  11. Select your user account from the list up top and click Edit.
  12. Select your user account from the list up top again and then in the pane below, check Full control under Allow, or as much control as you need.
  13. You’ll get a security warning, click Yes.

Try disabling the UAC.

If still no luck, try Unlocker to move the file to the desktop. When installing the program, Unlocker will add itself to the right-click context menu.

Probable causes:

usbhub.sys: Default Hub Driver for USB.

volsnap.sys: driver for Microsoft Windows volume shadow copy.

CLASSPNP.SYS: driver for SCSI Class System Dll.

intelppm.sys: Intel Processor driver.

USBPORT.SYS

A driver has requested that an IRP be completed (IoCompleteRequest()), but
the packet has already been completed. This is a tough bug to find because
the easiest case, a driver actually attempted to complete its own packet
twice, is generally not what happened. Rather, two separate drivers each
believe that they own the packet, and each attempts to complete it. The
first actually works, and the second fails. Tracking down which drivers
in the system actually did this is difficult, generally because the trails
of the first driver have been covered by the second. However, the driver
stack for the current request can be found by examining the DeviceObject
fields in each of the stack locations.
