Hi All,

I am running Vista 32 bit OS. I can print a document from any application successfully EXCEPT for Yahoo Mail. The only part of the email that prints is the header. The body of the email does not print at all. It comes out as blank when I print the email. I printed from Notepad, Word, Works, and Paint without any problems using Black and Color ink. The strange thing is the emails printed fine for about a week, I printed out a few itineraries for a trip and they came out ok, but now they will not print except for the header.

The printer is only a month old and the original cartridges are still being used. I printed approximately 60 pages so far using color and black. The cartridge levels seem ok but I know that cannot be trusted as being accurate

I tried reinstalling the drivers but that did not clear up the problem.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
