How to install past failed Windows updates?
When I look at my update history in Windows Update, it list successful and failed updates. The failed updates are from when I had internet connectivity problems a couple of weeks ago.
I am now able to download and install updates fine. How do I download & install the updates it list as failed?
Thank you.

Failed updates should show up again in windows updates and try installing again, there should be a second entry for the same update, except it will show successful.

I'm very new (don't have printer) and don't really understand. I saw a similar question but lost it re installing failed
updates. Have Windows Vista. Have tried everything to reinstall. Just read something about firewall being in
the way. At the time, March 1 2010 my computer indicated was not protected - would it have happened then?
How do I fix it? I'm a pensioner and don't want to buy some big fix-it thing.

Thanks

Rachelle
