I'm sure others will have already asked how to stop the above warning from happening, the previous thread is expired. I would be very, very appreciative of your advice.

Please click here to download and install version 2.0.2 of the HijackThis Installer.

Run it (as Administrator) and select Do a system scan and save a logfile.

The log will be saved in Notepad. Copy and paste the log in your next post.

Do not fix anything

Have you had Choice Guard for a while?

Microsoft Choice Guard is a small piece of software that's downloaded during the Windows Live installation process to carry out any changes that you choose to make to your browser settings.

You could try uninstalling it.

Do have followings:
Windows Live Call
Windows Live Essentials
Windows Live OneCare safety scanner
I don't use those softwares. Can I uninstall those instead.

Open Internet Explorer.

Click Tools on the menu bar.

Click Internet Options…

The Internet Options window appears.

Click the Security tab.

Click the Custom Level… button.

The Security Settings window appears.

Locate ActiveX controls and plug-ins in the Settings: list.

Click to select Enable under Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls.

Click the OK button.

A Warning! message appears.

Click the Yes button to change the security settings for the zone.

Click the OK button.

You will now receive prompts directly from a Web site if it needs to download software to your computer.
