I have posted this on a few forums no solution yet and i was hoping some one could help. Here is the story. Windows vista OS i can not connect to the internet and all wirless networking is not working safe mode workes and i thought the problem was microsoft onecare Live i used the clean up tool to remove the program purchased a new anti virus and even after one care has been removed installation of new antivirus installs to 92% and stops responding all programs stop responding in normal mode. ran malware and no problems were found. below is my hijack this report. any sugestions will help emensley.

I can not install misicuu2 in safe mode and in normall mode it just pinweels. I have done the steps prior with no luck. any other advice?
