Solved: Need an IconTweaker App for Vista
Does anyone know where I can get a free IconTweaker App that's compatible with Vista?
I tried IconTweaker v1.12 but it's for XP and below.
Is there a Compatibility Mode in Vista? If there is I haven't found it yet.

Thanks in advance for any and all help,
Jim

There is a compatibility mode. Right click the program icon, select Properties. Then the Compatibility tab. You can select the Windows XP and see if that works for you.

Thanks PC509,
I tried your suggestion and it allowed me to install IconTweaker but when I tried to run it, it still gave me the error that the program is not compatible with Vista.

I appreciate your effort. At least I now know where the compatiblity mode is located.

After spending many hours searching the internet, I found an Application that allows me to change a system icon.
It's called Vista Visual Master.

Thanks,
Jim
