 compaq presario doesnt start up hello,
basically the parents were using the computer as normal, when the screen darkened to a dark purple colour with horizontal lines about a cm appart. they then held the power button to turn it off and within a second it turns itself back on. this kept happening so they unpluged it at the mains. when i turned it back on the computer is overly loud, think its the fan noise.
not very good with computers so any help muchly appreciated (: |
