| windows xp, wont start up Hi Guys i have an iqon from tesco, with windows xp home. bought a few yrs ago. it was fine the other day, went to turn it on yesterday and it was on, like, a loop, from the start windows normally screen, so i enter, windows screen appears, then disappears, screen says no input or something as if the box is switched off, then the txt screen comes on again. have tried all the start up options - same thing. did the f10 to get to system restore, pc angel comes up, system restoring, then pc angel shows on screen, and sticks on 'please wait' windows is pre loaded, so no disc, i have no recovery disc or anything that came with it. is it possible to get it going again? or do i need i new harddrive? i have a photography course to finish - help!!!  |
