Hi again!

Well - I let it run all day yesterday - 41 hours total and about 34 passes...nothing... (

What's next? ;-)

The 'Problem Child PC' - may need to be put to bed!!

Two final suggestions.
Check for overheating.

Run a Hard drive manufacturers test.

Ha ha! I'm afraid you may be right! ;-) I'll try these 2 things you suggested above and report back before putting the little one out to pasture! ;-)
