I have a Dell inspiron mini 1010, and I used the Built in files in the I386 Folder (winnt32.exe) To reninstall Windows XP, and Now after I did all of that, I cant access anything on it. I cant set up the internet, all that is on my desktop is my recycle bin and every time I try to get to anything in the C:/ Drive I get an error.

Also a mysterious D:/ drive has appeared on my computer when I have no other drives connected, I cant access it It says "Please insert disk into drive D:/"

It is also worth noting that I dont have a cd drive (Internal or external) and that whenever I right click C:/ and go to properties It says there are 0 mb of used space and 0mb of free space on the drive. (the pie chart is compleatly blue, with 0% and 100% used space)

(I used my own product key not an illegal one)

I don't believe you can reinstall Windows XP from within Windows XP, you will need to use a USB CD drive and disk and you will need to delete your existing Windows partition and create a new one first.

Have you any recovery disks?

Use the EaseUs Data Recovery Wizard - Free Edition. Go to "Partition Table Doctor" and see whether you have partition table error.If so repair the partition table and Do a clean install.
