The capacity of your C and D drives are almost identical, so I was thinking that you had divided the hard drive into 2 almost equal partitions. Thanks for clarifying that they're separate hard drives.
Since the capacity of the C drive is so small, you might consider doing the following so you can reclaim more free space:
Right-click RECYCLE BIN, then click Properties, then move the slider from its default value of 10% to 3%, then click Apply - OK.
Right-click MY COMPUTER, then click Properties - System Restore, then move the slider from its default value of 12% to 3%, then click Apply - OK.
There's no need for the recycle bin and for system restore to have so much space dedicated to their use.
