I DID have the scan log for MalwareBytes, and now that seems to have disappeared! FRUSTRATING! It found a couple of things from Mywebsearch though and that was it. Superantispyware seems to have lost the log. Sorry I can't bring that back. It found a couple of trojans and like 39 tracking cookies though.

GOOD/BAD NEWS! The error with the internet re-created itself, but the sound didn't go out this time; however, the shut down process failed. So, one thing went differently this time (the sound didn't stop). It turns out that when the computer is in this mess, it doesn't do anything when I hit the wireless switch on and off (the F2 hotkey that was pre-setup with this computer). I will display an error log of all errors that have occurred these past two days on a separate post.

Post the uninstall log from Hjt log
Start HiJackThis.
Click > Open The Misc Tools Section button.
Click > Open Uninstall Manager.
Click > Save List.
Save the uninstall list file on your desktop.
It will then open in Notepad.
Copy-and-Paste the uninstall list in the reply box.

I need to see the results from both Malwarebytes and Superantispyware.
Download them again to your desktop - link below in my signature.
In Add-Remove programs - uninstall both programs, one at a time.
Reboot your Pc if asked after the uninstall.

Then re-install the programs from your desktop - update, scan and post the logs.

Okay my scan logs keep disappearing from MalwareBytes and IDK why! This is frustrating me to no end. BTW I don't know if this makes any difference but I do have the PRO version of MalwareBytes that I purchased quite some time back. If I uninstall it, will the key that I previously used to activate the copy still work when I install the new copy?

Superantispyware was behaving erratically so I will have to re-install it for sure. Thanks for the links. I have the "uninstall_list.txt" file that you wanted. Here's what it says below:

Well, you like to use Registry Cleaners!!!
Registry Cleaners can and often do, cause more problems than they solve.
Ccleaner for cleaning Temp files only - remove the rest.

Keep Malwarebytes Pro - when you try and update it, does it update and then scan without
any problems?
Re-install Superantispyware - and see if it will update, scan and save the log file.

Well are there alternative methods to keeping the computer running fast? I have tried going without using registry cleaners (doing defrags, uninstall of old programs, etc) and the computer just gets really slow and starts crashing all the time. If you know an alternative method to keeping the computer running at peak performance, I would be willing to use it. I've heard good and bad about registry cleaners, but never experienced bad... I guess I've just got a bad experience on the horizon is all. :|

Do give some advice for keeping the computer running fast that doesn't involve the registry cleaners and I will evaluate, from there, my satisfaction. I just know that running a program like System Mechanic on the whole system and cleaning off all viruses and spyware just makes the computer run like it just came from the shop. Maybe I've been misled by advertisements and such.

There is nothing wrong in defragging - removing seldom used programs - cleaning out Temp files etc.
But registry cleaners [as many posters on this site learnt to their dismay] can cause a system file or files to be removed and the Pc will no longer boot to the desktop.
If you type registry cleaners in the Search Box on this page - you will find them.
Other thoughts on Reg Cleaners here.

In your post # 16 - you say Superantispyware found some Trojans.
My concern is that your system is not allowing you to save and post any logs from Malwarebytes and Superantispyware.
Those logs may show that you are infected and I would need to ask one our Malware Experts to take over and run other Malware scans.

If you could find some way of posting the scan logs - that would be a good move.
