We don't (some of us, anyway) encourage the use of those "shotgun driver installers". Almost always they are at least adware, and they often make mistakes and install incorrect or substandard drivers. Besides, no matter what all the companies that sell those things say, "updating" drivers in not always wise and almost never needed. If they are working, don't mess with them and possibly bring trouble. Drivers have no expiration date (unless you count the expiration of the operating system), and only a few benefit at all from updates, such as a graphics driver that offers support for a new game or something. But if you don't play that game, you don't need that, either.

Many computer manufacturer's sites have a scanner that can identify your machine and either download and install drivers or show you what you need. Trust only those since they are not trying to make any money off from it and have their customers to answer to.
