Good lord, I am.................! Appreciate your response. I'm an ex-medic,marine machinist, refinery saftey supervisor, commercial underwater diving medic, roughneck, general contractor etc...............but am I ever lacking in computor savy, and how! At any rate I've an older model Gateway laptop that continuously freezes when online. I've managed to download a Microsoft fix it program that i have to run after I long on that helps. Media player troubleshooter (scripting registration corrupt), files and folders trouble shooter (icons randomly change to different icons). Also an Admix error continuisly say's has to close. This is probably the tip of the ice............any help would be greatly appreciated, really!!!!!

Open your antivirus. Do you see any warnings about something not working or being enabled?
