1.Have you ever cleaned the inside of the machine with a can of compressed air? no air compresser or vaccum!!!!!! Dust can surely slow a machine to a crawl.

2.Check the amount of free space that your harddrive has windows needs at least 15% free space to function correctly.

3. 3.Run a check disk....hit the windows key and r at the same time then type cmd then type chkdsk /r into the command prompt window then hit enter you will be asked to schedule on next reboot, hit y then hit enter then reboot your machine.
4. I suggest switching to Avast or Avira or Mirosoft Security Essentials
if you do not use any of the above.
5.Scan your machine for malware try an online scanner or your current AV
6. Use driver sweeper to clean all traces iof your video card drivers.
http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

1. Right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware Tab > Device Manager
2. Left click the IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers group
3. Right click on Primary IDE and hit Uninstall,if there is more than one uninstall all and reboot after all are uninstalled
4. Reboot the computer, the Primary IDE drivers will re-install themselves after you reboot.
5. Go back to the Device Manager and Left click the IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers group again.
6. Right click on Primary IDE Channel and go to Properties > Advanced Settings tab.
7. Make sure that both Device's Modes are on "DMA if available".

DriveSweeper does not work... keeps giving me a critical error. Went to nvida and downloaded the required driver to fix the following errors.

ERROR LOADING C:\Windows\System32\NVMCTRAY.DLL not found
ERROR LOADING C:\Windows\System32\NVCPL.DLL not found

no errors at this point.

I installed Microsoft Essentials yesterday, updated, scaned, found nothing. The reason you do not see it is because I removed it. My system capacity is low so I do not keep programs around. I also installed and ran Maleware bytes... but as you can see from Hijackthis it is now removed. I will also be removing SuperAntiSpyware when we are done here. Oh by the way, SuperAntiSpyware also installed Internet Chrome, I took it back out. Anyway here are the logs you asked about.

Most Antivirus programs not only scan on demand or on a users schedule, they are online and are supposed to stop a virus or malware attack as it happens.-

No program is perfect, but IMHO you need a good antivirus installed all the time.

Is your hard drive so full there is no room for more programs? Please post how much free space you have on your C: drive.
