Any small windows xp embedded distros/builds to be booted from a usb stick/drive? Main Idea: Can anyone guide me to a VERY small windows xp embedded distibution (distro) or build, and a guide for -complete- dummies on how to boot it and run/use it directly from a usb stick or drive (just tell me what to do).
I don't need any programs I just need a windows that has nothing but an environment capable of running programs and applications of windows 9x/2k/xp (and a file explorer of course that can run setups), also a plug and play feature/program is recommended so that my usb keyboard and mouse work...
I have windows xp, just tell me what to do EXACTLY and in a simple way, I have no problem using programs, also I guess the usb must become an HDD so windows treats it as a normal drive.
I'm not down for any other os related to vista or 7.
Any help is highly appreciated, thanks. |
