cannot login to any accounts normally or in regular safe mode
i am only able to login to safe mode with command prompt as administrator and it took forever at the loaded stuff screen then it only popped up cmd and the desktop background so i had to try to open a file so i could get to the windows does not recognize this program then i went to browse then the taskbar popped up with the desktop icons
i currently dont have any system restores as i tried to restore once this worked
and i dont have a windows xp cd but i have a key
and i dont have recovery console installed

Yes that doesnt work either when I try to login at all normally , it attempts to login then loops back to ctrl alt del screen
(i added dword value strcmplogical thats why I have that screen

It used to display error message upon login but after I did a system restore it loops
I have the complete memory dumps and a gigantic verbose status log

Every time I plug in removable storage
It freezes and I can move mouse right click and left click it just .wont process anuthing it wont even do ctrl alt del

I dont have any more mini.dmp I just have complete.dmp user.dmp and drwatson log all in zip I was able to scrounge around and get these
