Unable to set new owner of " C:\" drive
Windows xp sp3 is installed on my desktop computer

I am trying to change the ownership of drive C:\ but it s giving following error

-: Unable to set new owner of " C:\" drive

Even Xp is not allowing me to change the permission of "Program Files" folder.

Please , help me in rectifying this error.
