Angry Solved: annoying "run as" on log in
so my little brother wanted to install something but he was a limited user so i did a "run as" on the installer, and ever since then the "run as" window pops up every time someone logs in. its not dangerous but it slows bootup time greatly and is annoying. i believe the program that i used run as on was the google sketchup8 installer (i think)

If that program is launching at startup, I will be able to help you stop it.

--------------------------------------------

Click Start.

In the search bar, type MSCONFIG and hit Enter. Click the "Startup" tab.

Write down only the names in the "Startup Item" column that have a checkmark next to them.

If the "Startup Item" column isn't wide enough to see the entire name of any of them, widen the column.

Submit those names here in a vertical list.

Make sure to spell them EXACTLY as you see them there.
