This is your motherboard model right?

Try installing the "chipset" Via 4in1 drivers.

I had this exact problem with my new system..

not sure exactly what caused it to be triggered as I was installing new drivers for many things..

My theory is it was caused by display drivers I installed for my LCD monitor, and not helped by my memory sticks not being hardware-installed properly..

The only way I could fix was by opening up, re-adjusting my memory sticks, then refreshing their bios install
