O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Cool Desk] C:\Program Files\ShellToys\Cool Desk\Cdesk.exe

^^ legitimate, but since it is Desktop "shell" related, a possible source of the problem

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Alvzufw] C:\WINDOWS\system32\??sembly\ati2evxx.exe

^^ What the hey? this is not a proper registry entry for ati2evxx.exe, which you already have running from the proper location any way. There should be no such ??sembly folder in the System32 directory.

I suggest you use HijackThis to Fix this item, reboot and delete that ??sembly folder

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Tlbu] C:\Program Files\dmae\saad.exe

^^ what is it? If you can't vouch for it, fix the entry with HijackThis, reboot and delete the "dmae" folder in Program Files.

If the problem persists, use "Clean boot" troubleshooting techniques to try to isolate it:

In doing cleanboot troubleshooting, following those Microsoft directions, you are not discarding anything -- just temporariliy disabling them for testing. Anything you do there can be reversed.

Do not try to disable any Microsoft services. Always Hide them before unchecking anything there.
