I have 3 instances of CLI.exe running in the task Manager, Why?
I have 3 instances of CLI.exe running in the task Manager. If I close two, will it screw up some of the programs that may depend on it, or can I close all 3 instances without any problems?

And ...

It's a non-essential process. Have you tried turning it off in msconfig (it may be listed more than once).
