The variety suggests a hardware problem rather than a specific driver or program.

You need to test the ram and verify that the CPU is not overheating.

By the way, I don't know for sure what this belongs to (cmudax3.sys) -- so you might want to search for it, right click and select Properties > Version and see if there is any copyright info. I suspect it is an audio driver.

Since almost all bugchecks can be caused by faulty ram, I would recommend you perform memory tests.

Beginners Guides: Diagnosing Bad Memory

Windows Memory Diagnostic
Memtest86 - A Stand-alone Memory Diagnostic

My preference is for Memtest86

Try resetting the paging file following the directions here:

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=810093&sd=RMVP

Also run eventvwr.msc and look for errors in the System log, especially "disk" or "atapi" errors.

I would also run chkdsk on the drive.

Can you give me details on the ram installed? I've seen issues where they pass the diagnostic tests, but may fail under stress due to improper module matching.

Are all modules single or dual channel, or are they mixed?

An easy way to provide this information is with Everest:

POST INSTALLED MEMORY INFORMATION USING EVEREST

http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html

1 > Select File > Preferences > Report, and remove the check for "include debug information in report"

2 > Select Motherboard > SPD

3 > Select Report > Quick Report > SPD > Plain text

4 > upload that here as an attachment.

By the way, you apparently have Driver Verifier running, or ran it for this bugcheck:

Quote:
BugCheck C4, {90, f7717120, 0, 0}

Probably caused by : SYMEVENT.SYS ( SYMEVENT+b119 )
You should disable driver verifier now,if you have not already.

Run verifier.exe and click "delete existing settings"

I don't think Symantec could be causing those other errors, but you might want to remove it temporarily or just remove and reinstall it.

Well it's possible you have a corrupt paging file, so definitely reset that and then run chkdsk on the drive.

Usually though, when one sees so many "random" errors -- there is a stability or hardware issue underlying it.

You might also try Speedfan and see if there are any "flaming" icons:

http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php

Since a couple of those errors also occured in your Display drivers, a reinstall of those might be called for. You can also try running at reduced hardware acceleration. To do that you must open the Display properties settings and go to the "troubleshoot" tab.

on speedfan. the program reports green. so its not overclocking. I looked inside too and there is alot of dust in there. do you think that this is the exact cause of these errors. if so, what do I need to use to clean this?. One more thing. one of these errors came up and its named is BAD_POOL_HEADER. anyway of fixing this?

Based on the randomness of the bugchecks and the drivers referenced I just cannot isolate it to anything specific.

It's possible it is only overheating under stress -- so that is something you would want to monitor when the CPU or the GPU (graphics processor) is being driven the hardest.

And you should defiitely blow he dust out of there with a can of compressed air. If the fans are very grimy they may need to be manually cleaned.

well I might have found the problem to all of this. one of the memory cards was not seated properly. I reseated all of them and so far the PC is working good. I cleaned the dust and the CPU is nto overheating. its currently 35 degress Celsius

A poorly seated memory card would be a good bet for such errors -- but keep your fingers crossed
