Question Windows theme sometimes changes on startup
I am using Windows XP and I use the old style theme for my desktop, with a custom wallpaper. Sometimes when I reboot, windows automatically sets the theme to the default one with the blue bars. The wallpaper stays the way I've put it though.
This doesn't happen every time either, it's like one out of five times...

Is there anyone who knows about this issue and who knows how to fix it? Thanks a lot in advance!!
