Hi, The file appears to be from a webcam software by Creative:

V0220Mon.exe English - United States Unknown V0220Mon.exe Product Creative Technology Ltd.
V0230Mon.exe English - United States Unknown V0230Mon.exe Product Creative Technology Ltd.
V0250Mon.exe English - United States Unknown V0250Mon.exe Product Creative Technology Ltd

I've also seen a thread where that file was submitted for a virus check and nothing was found.

Right click the file and check the Properties...note the company name, etc.

Hi, I don't think it is neccessary unless you are using the camera...

Isn't there some software program that came with the cam?

You may find a setting to turn it off from starting when the computer does...

This may not work, since the camera needs the software running to work.
Is it one of these> http://www.mysimon.com/PC-Cameras/9566-3135_8-0.html
