Question What the heck it ccApp and why won't it close?
Hello all, I'm new here, and still kinda new to computers. I'm hoping someone can answer this for me. What heck is program ccApp and why doesn't it ever close on it's own? Every time I try to shut down my computer ( Dell XP home edition) It always says, "program ccApp is not responding", every darn time! What is this program for and why doesn't it ever respond?

Also, does anyone know what to do to get more "virtual memmory"? Should i delet my pictures or something?

Thanks

If you have Dell Support icon on task bar at bottom right of your screen, right click on it click check now and see if maintenance and security are up to date. If you are still on dell support they can help you on line including increasing virtual memory. You do not need to delete anything to increase it.
