Help with User Account Window
Hi, I have windows xp Sp2 and I've installed all the available updates. I have the following problems:

- When I go to Control Panel-->User Accounts the window appears in blank, nothing is there.
- When I go to Start-->Search the only thing that appears in the window is the dog
- The internet explorer 6/7 doesn't work with the javascript pages (Now I'm using Firefox and it's working fine)

Below I left a link with two images of the problem
