Red face I have a solution too!
Hi,

I have a 6-in-1 media card reader which I plugged in/installed yesterday w/o using the installation disk (was feeling lazy and running on Vista, know the drivers will be auto installed). Started getting the error message every few seconds. Did not find any file as specified in earliest posts - was about to do a system rollback. Nothing suspicious running in the startup programs. Installed driver from CD to see if it fixed it - same problem.

Found out that the issue was my Photoshop Elements was trying to synch to the drive (I had downloaded photos yesterday from the media card) for a reason I don't understand and, even when the media card reader and media card were plugged in, I guess it couldn't find the necessary files though they were not deleted. I went into Photoshop, into backup settings and messed around. I"m sorry to be so vague. I believe I "reconnected" (helped the program find the new location) to some photos to file paths which had changed slightly after doing some edits yesterday. But when I closed it and restarted today after these small modifications, I had no problem any longer! I think Photoshop was just stuck looking for these files, and I had auto-synch for the program on without realizing it.

So...though this is probably not super helpful, maybe someone else had the error message for the same reason? It saved me a lot of modification to my new computer.

Good luck...it was driving me crazy and thank you tech support/peeps for helping me associate it with my card reader!

Exclamation Error: No Drive
I have had the same problem and when I installed and updated my Panda AntiVirus it found and eliminated the problem which was a WORM virus and very dangerous. As soon as I rebooted after Panda (www.pandasecurity.com) found the virus, I no longer had the message.

I found the fix for my C0000013 error!
I received this error on my PC after I installed a new HP printer a few days ago. Another error started also random, that stopped me from backing up my Quicken Online. Effects different programs. After reading through everyone's descriptions, I realized that the HP printer had a FAX attempt to install itself on my C drive. I don't have a C drive and ignored it. The Quicken error said my drive was out of space. I have 300G available. I went to plug and play and saw a reference to a C: drive. I disabled it in the plug and play. (It doesn't exist anyway). Now, the random C0000013 is gone and the LW21 on the Quicken Online Backup disappeared. Check to see if something has invoke an invalide drive and get rid of it!
Good luck!

Question Window-no disk Exception Processing message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c 75b
I just started getting this message. One day I used Microsoft Money, the next day I got this message and could NOT open it. This is a very urgent issue for me. The only other thing that is different is I had just started using Facebook. Microsoft says there is no support for Money 2006, even though I read on their website that there is by email. So, I am now taking this route to resolve this. I will continue reading to see what others have done, but so far have not found a true match to my situation. thanks for any assistance!!

Finding the Offending Application/Process
"Windows No Disk" - Exception Processing Message - The source and the fix for this problem seems to be different for many. Howeverr, the biggest problem is tracking down the offending service or application. Here is a way you can locate the offending application/process.

Follow these steps:
  1. Open Task Manager and select the "Processes" tab.
  2. Click on the "CPU" column so that the most active processes will be at the top of the list.
  3. Now when the "Windows - No Disk" dialogue box is present begin to click on the "Try Again" button. At the same time watch the list of processes in the Task Manager window.
  4. Watch for a process that begins to show up towards the top of the list as you continue to press the "Try Again" button. You can confirm by no longer clicking on "Try Again" and the process will fallback to a lower level on the list.
Once you have identified the offending process or application. You can either attempt to figure out what is causing the problem, or simply launch "MSCONFIG" and disable the application so that it doesn't run. In my specific case I found that a service associated with Cyberlink was the problem. Good luck.

I fix this problem changing mi drives letters and the problem was gone.

Go to:

1) Settings
2) Control Panel
3) Administrative tools
4) Computer management
5) Disk Management
6) Go down you see disk 1 removable right click (change drive letter and paths) click change and assign a new letter for that drive.
Do not change DRIVE C

I hope this can help you

I can't believe this has been going on for two years.

I'll close it now.
