Hi

I am having Problem with with this Error Message Appearing everytime I start VMWARE Workstation 5.5.4

Exception Process Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

This used to Work without any error's in the Past. The only recent Addition of Software to my PC is MCafee Security Center. But I am not sure whether this error came right after that.

Please help

Hello Rollin"Rog

Bingo.. I did the following changes:

1. Went to the following location: C:\Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\VMware

2. Deleted favourites.vlms

3. Edited preference.ini (basically deleting all the enteries containing invalid driver letters)

VMWare worked as smooth as ever after that.

Basially now looking back at Root Cause of this problem, it could be due to frequest use of Portable Hard Disk drives I use with my portable.
