Everytime I open a program I get a little balloon error in the bottom right of the screen saying... (for example if I open Opera browser)

I have run Chkdsk a few times now but the problem has not yet been fixed. I have also run a complete virus scan (using AVG) and a complete spyware scan (using Spyware Doctor).

when did this problem first start? Was there something you installed or changed on your computer before the problem?

Sorry about this, no idea what had gone wrong but after a month or so with the problem I did something else (maybe ran chkdsk for the 1000th time) and it was all fixed. So sorry if i couldnt find a solution for other users with the same problem.
