This is an on-line tech support community and as such we do not encourage assisting by e-mail, private messages or other "behind the scenes" methods as this disrupts the flow of the thread and does not benefit others who may have the same issues and are looking for answers. Kindly keep all assistance on the boards. Thank you for understanding.
