Solved: Error code 1000000a Hello everyone,
About once a day, my Toshiba Portégé laptop (almost 3 years old) crashes; has been doing for 6-8 weeks or so. After reboot and me sending the error report to Microsoft, I am taken to the message that some device driver probably caused the error. I can't figure out which (no new hardware was installed).
Have googled the problem; including the error code 1000000a and some other key words.
One difficulty is that this is a laptop and I don't feel happy about opening it up to look at the memory (moreover descriptions are always about removing the side panel on a desktop etc.)
The machine crashes in the middle of working in Word, Excel, Outlook. But also while left unattended and doing nothing (even with no programs open on one occasion).
Here are the relevant messages from Event viewer for four events; the last two are within minutes of one another, i.e. right after rebooting the machine crashed again:

I have also uploaded the most recent minidumps as a zip.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
