Examining 76294 MB Disk 0 at Id 0 on bus 0 on atapi...
I am trying to FIXMBR through the Recovery option, however whenever I hit "R", I get
Examining 76294 MB Disk 0 at Id 0 on bus 0 on atapi... at the bottom of the screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I also have a BSOD that is making it impossible to login. Thats what the FIXMBR is for.

Fixmbr is not going to fix any problem relating to blue screens--it may just prevent your machine from booting.

What error message do you get for the blue screen?

The message at the bottom is normal. What is the problem with regard to that?

Then I need to CHKDSK. Either way I can't get past that screen with the message, so that is the problem.
