Solved: unable to access shell manager in nero
Hi all ,,,,,,,,I am trying to install nero 7.5 into my xp but I keep getting the error message
halfway through "Unable to access the shell manager"
Could some one help with this please. I got the program from "Oldapps .com"

Try disabling your firewall and antivirus.

Thanks very much for your reply,,,,,,,,But I have it fixed. What I did,
Downloaded cleantools from nero site, make sure you have reg number written down, and ran cleantools to clear all trace of last install, then reboot, thats important and thats it.
install.
