Hello,
I am new to this website. I am intersted to see what kind of valuable feedback I can get for my current computer issue. I have 2 users set up on my Laptop PC. On my desktop, all programs function fine. On the other desktop for the other user, when a program is launched, it opens up as a blank program window. IE opens fine, but other programs such as McAfee and other certain Microsoft Office programs will open but not fully execute. Please help me!

I am having similar problem. System hung up in middle of system restore now certain progams like: help & support, system restore and search don't open or give me a blank program window. Also in IE certain websites don't load properly. I called Dell support and their only solution (after paying $40) was to reset the system back to factory defaults which means I would lose all my programs and files. I am hoping to find another way before taking that drastic step.
