IE8 Beta 2 Hanging/Freezing

Hello.
i am running win xp sp2 and recently downloaded internet explorer beta 2
everytime i run ie8 on facebook or the optus website it says c++ visual runtime error. then it freezes and goes back to nrmal about 2 minutes after.

any way to fix..
