[Fire-Element]

When I load my computer in safe mode its fine but as soon as I load up my computer it starts to freeze every second or so the sound jams to like when a computer crashes but every second, making it pause every second... It jams my mouse to and makes it like its slow motion and when i go to click something its very hard to see where the mouse is...

Usual if I restart the computer a few times it freezes a bit on logging in but then stops am not sure what is going on... Am assuming when it loads my settings something is making it freeze but am not sure...

I am going to run spyware search and destroy and Anti virus to see if out appears but I dont think this will reveal anything... then am going to do a defrag... but I also dont think this will work... If worst comes to worst I will back up my computer and try system restore, and if nothing format it...

I would rather though work out why its having this problem and fix it... Any ideas? and how can I fix it?
