Exclamation Monitor off, CPU on
Help (it's my first time posting here and I'm not that good in computer hardware stuff)

ok here's what I did... I changed the data in NoDriveTypeAutoRun (in the Regedit) from 95 to 91. then rebooted the computer. (I know ok stupid of me)

what I get is:
1) a monitor that's fully black that you think it's off except the light indicating that the monitor is on (green) BUT then seconds later... the light goes to standby mode (color yellow)

2) and a CPU that is on BUT does not want to reset or turn off.

the only way I turn off the CPU and the monitor is to pull the plug from the socket.

please help!
